Regularly giving our finances as an offering to God is a way that we worship God, the Giver of “every good and every perfect gift” (Jms. 1:17). In giving, we thank God for His gracious and faithful provision to us, and we trust Him to continue to provide as we seek His kingdom and His righteousness (Matt. 6:33). In these ways, giving is an important aspect of worshipping God with our whole lives (Rom. 12:1-2).
